Essentials for Your Kitten's Well-Being
- COLLAR: We recommend ones that glow for indoor/outdoor cats or embroidered items for easy identification. Break-away collars only.
- ID TAG & BELL: We recommend ID tags just in case your pet gets lost, especially during summertime when fireworks and storms happen.
- MICROCHIP: Microchipping your pet will vastly increase chances of reuniting, should your pet become lost. It is the size of a grain of rice and can be updated right from your phone or computer.
- BEDS: Cats love comfortable spaces; the more, the better!
- CARRIERS: Carriers can be used to provide a safe space for your pet or for transport.
- DIET: Finding the right diet for your pet can be challenging. All three of these brands are available on our Online Pharmacy. Check our site for more details or give us a call!
- TREATS: Most of our patients love Lean Treats at the hospital! Is yours a picky eater? A wide variety is available on our online Pharmacy. Great for training!
- PUZZLES: Puzzles keep a growing kitten’s mind stimulated and helps keep them from feeling bored or anxious.
- TOYS: Toys can be a great training tool and playing together promotes bonding and learning. Consider getting scratching posts and cat towers to promote good behavior and stimulating activities.
- LITTER BOX: Choosing a litter box can be more work than you initially thought. Some cats can be particular about litter or type of box. Try different styles to see what will work best for your kitten and in your home.
